Angel City Search & Digital collects only the information we need to respond to you and serve our business customers. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Information you submit through our audit request or contact forms: your name, business name, email, phone number, and website address.
- Information you share while working with us, such as content and account access for your website or marketing.
- Website usage data. Our site may use cookies and basic analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as pages viewed and how you found us. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
How we use it
- To prepare your free audit and follow up with you about it
- To deliver and support the services you buy
- To send invoices, reports, and service updates
- To improve our website and services
We may email you about our related services. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our payment, email, and website hosting providers, and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Public-record business data
Some of our reports contain information about businesses taken from public government records, such as business names, addresses, and license filings. We do not include personal home addresses or individual owner contact details. If you own a business that appears in a report and want a listing corrected or removed, email us at hello@angelcitysd.com.
Keeping your data
We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you or serve you as a customer, and afterward as long as required for tax and legal purposes. We protect data with reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@angelcitysd.com. California residents may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor valid requests.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any updates on this page with a new effective date.
